RAPAD Well Service Company Inc. is committed to ensuring the protection of people and the environment through compliance to industry recommended safe work guidelines, government regulations, and company policies and procedures. From the top down, RAPAD employees are tasked with the responsibility to conduct operations in a safe manner. This includes the exercising of Stop Work Authority (SWA) by all employees. At RAPAD, we continually strive to improve the quality of the services provided to our customers.
RAPAD utilizes the following safe work practices and programs:
- Management Commitment and Employee Involvement
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Behavior-Based Safety Program (Hazard Observation Program)
- Annual safety and health training
- Enforcement of drug and alcohol policy
- RAPAD subscribes to ISNetworld and PEC Safety
